Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
Qualifications:
Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Prior food service industry experience is highly desired About Company Flexible schedule part time and full time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
