We are seeking a full-time teller who is motivated, team oriented and member driven at our Birmingham Branch.
Position:
The teller position requires you to work directly with members, build relationships, accurately complete transactions, and help members meet their financial goals by referring the appropriate products and services.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
Performing financial transactions (cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments and more) while following MUCU practices and policies.
Balance daily transactions.
Investigates and resolves out-of-balance situations.
Ensure members' requests and questions are promptly resolved (in person, on phone, in e-mail etc.
) Ensures the Credit Union's reputation is upheld and projected.
The successful candidate must have computer skills, professional and effective communication both verbal and written, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
