We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support our two construction business owners, HR manager, and property manager in their day-to-day operations.

Summary:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and organizational support to the two construction business owners, HR manager, and property manager.
Your responsibilities will include managing their schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Key
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage and coordinate the schedules of the construction business owners, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executives, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing urgent matters.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, both internal and external, and prepare necessary materials or documents.
Document Management:
Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
Travel Arrangements:
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and create detailed itineraries.
Expense Management:
Keep track of expenses and process expense reports for the executives.
Support HR and Property Management:
Assist the HR manager with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, documentation, and other HR functions.
Collaborate with the property manager to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
Research:
Conduct research and compile reports or information as needed for business decisions and projects.
General Administrative Tasks:
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Resourceful problem solver and proactive thinker.
Construction industry knowledge (preferred but not required).
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
