Extensive Powder Coating experience required.
We have installed a brand new, state of the art Powder Coat Paint Line and are seeking the right person to become part of our team, as the 1stPowder Coat Paint Line Process Technician.
Duties:
oExamples include tank cleaning, oTroubleshoot process to correct and prevent quality defects oMeasure concentrations of chemical tanks oAssist with color changeover process as needed oRelieve team members for unplanned breaks oPerform routine maintenance activities oDaily cleaning and 5S of work area oMaintain daily logs oYou'll be hands-on, ensuring our products are coated correctly and look their best oOperate and maintain the Powder Coat System and Dip Tanks oEnsure products meet quality standards oKeep track of materials and ensure they're used correctly oWork closely with other departments and team members oKeep your workspace clean and organized oContinually find ways to work smarter and improve the process Monday-Friday:
Candidates must have a great work ethic and positive attitude.
The ideal candidate would have:
Mechanical understanding of equipment Detail Orientated Willingness to learn and solve problems.
Have basic math and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Great attitude & works well in a team environment Work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position Ability to be to work on time Follow & understand both oral and written instructions Use manufacturing equipment and tools used to perform the job.
