Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of a wireless retail store - Train, mentor, and supervise a team of sales associates - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints - Conduct interviews and recruit new team members - Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability - Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards - Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a wireless or telecommunications environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience.
