We are seeking to fill the position of Crawlspace Apprentice this could be anywhere from 30 to 40 hours a week.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation, we do not pick up or drop off.
Must have an understanding of tools.
Must be able to lift 75lbs.
Must be able to pull heavy loads under homes.
Must be willing to crawl into tight spaces.
Must be able to work around bugs and spiders.
Must have a good work ethic, be professional, watch your mouth around customers, and be ready to work.
Crawl space work is not easy by any means.
It is a very physical job.
We pull rocks on sleds, we grade the ground under houses, sometimes we even dig out crawlspace.
We go under homes and clean out trash.
We then prep the crawlspace for the materials to be installed.
Google Doc Crawlspace and look at the images to get a better understanding of the work.
This position is Monday through Friday.
No experience in crawl space restoration required.
Will have room for advancement.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
