Responsibilities:
Trained to use custom programs to carry out clerical / administrative tasks related to internal documentation processes.
Performs data entry and data collection as assigned for process improvement projects.
Assists on business analysis projects as assigned.
Answers incoming phone calls and emails.
Provides support to several departments while carrying out primary job duties as assigned.
Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, or transcribing as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with focus on attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with focus on time management and prioritization.
Ability to think critically and analytically.
Self - motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Prior and/ or relatable experience is preferred, but not required.
